As a personal trainer, remote and nutrition coach I want my clients to feel and perform at their best. We all have different backgrounds, motivations and goals that call for an individualized training approach. My aim is to combine the right training, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle.

After experiencing the benefits of having my own coach in the past and gaining more knowledge by coaching people of various ages and backgrounds, I started my journey as a full time coach in 2018. 

My daily motivation is to guide others to see the results they are looking for. This might be gaining strength, mastering a first pull up or muscle up, preparing for a marathon, or generally ramping up their Crossfit performance or at the gym.  

Regardless of what level you are at – investing in yourself always pays off. 

I can’t wait to see our JAM community grow with more people who strive to reach their full potential and share their excitement for fitness.


After working with several international successful Crossfit coaches over the past 7 years and experiencing remote coaching and mentorship on my own, I‘ve made it my mission to create the best possible coaching experience for athletes.  

Besides coaching Crossfit athletes up to Games level, I‘ve been helping various elite athletes from different sports to reach their goals. Helping people develop and to find their purpose in training, as well as in life, is my biggest passion.

Whether you‘re an athlete looking for a coach who actually cares about you OR you are a coach who is looking for guidance to improve your knowledge, I‘m happy to work with everyone who is willing to put in the work. 

My vision for JAM-Fitness is to bring together coaches who share the same passion for knowledge, coaching and development of athletes as I do.
