I got to know Judit some years ago as a multi-talented sports instructor specialized in endurance, as well as strength training. Her passion and go-to-mentality convinced me to ask her for a 3-month-coaching program. By then I found out that she completed major certificates in the field of sports coaching. During those 90 days I could enhance strength, build muscle and increase flexibility, as well as mobility. What was even more surprising to me was the amount of knowledge I gained throughout our 1-on-1 sessions and her holistic approach. All in all, a great and successful experience and we had loads of fun working together.

What can I say? Hiring Judit as a coach has been the best decision ever on my fitness journey. I got stuck in a certain routine and my goals to gain muscle & get bigger kind of stalled. The first time I talked to Judit I could tell that she knows what she’s talking about, she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about health & fitness. Judit taught me the importance of rest days, proper nutrition and her workouts are just the best ones ever! They are challenging, but tailored to my abilities so I can do them with proper form and constantly improve.  
Lastly, also her nutritional advice is spot on, she always has great recipe recommendations while taking into account my dietary needs as a vegan. Honestly, 1000% the best coach one can ask for!
