I got to know Judit some years ago as a multi-talented sports instructor specialized in endurance, as well as strength training. Her passion and go-to-mentality convinced me to ask her for a 3-month-coaching program. By then I found out that she completed major certificates in the field of sports coaching. They are challenging, but tailored to my abilities so I can do them with proper form and constantly improve. Lastly, also her nutritional advice is spot on, she always has great recipe recommendations while taking into account my dietary needs as a vegan. Honestly, 1000% the best coach one can ask for!
